Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe. No bank data is stored by our company.
Only your e-mail address is collected when you register for the newsletter.

- Reservations: 5 years
- Customers: 3 years after last contact
- Newsletter: until unsubscribed
- Cookies: 6 to 13 months
