General conditions

1) Subject
These conditions govern the use of the site and accommodation reservations made via the Avantio platform.

2) Reservations
Any reservation is confirmed after validation of the payment according to the methods indicated during the booking process.
The customer must provide accurate information when booking.

3) Cancellation by the client

In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
• More than 30 days before arrival date: 10% of the total amount of the reservation
• Between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the reservation
• Less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation

No refund will be made if the client decides to interrupt their stay before its end.

4) Changes or cancellation by the company

In case of force majeure or any other cause beyond the control of the agency making the accommodation unavailable,
Agence Côté Corse undertakes to offer the client accommodation of equal or higher quality, without additional costs.

If no alternative solution is possible, the reservation will be fully refunded.
No other compensation may be claimed.

5) Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
No bank data is stored by the agency.

6) Use of the site

The user undertakes to use the site in a loyal manner and to provide only accurate information.

7) Responsibility

Agence Côté Corse makes every effort to ensure the reliability of the site,
but cannot be held responsible in case of error, omission or temporary unavailability.

9) Applicable law
These conditions are governed by French law.
